Where our brand, Kleinkaroo Kaviar, originated. We were captivated by the mysterious allure of the legend of the Karoo Mermaid, a mysterious figure believed to roam the arid landscapes of the Klein Karoo. Locals share stories of encounters with a beautiful woman sporting blue eyes, pink cheeks, and a fish-tail, lounging beside mountain pools. Is she a mere myth or a lingering spirit from an ancient underwater era?
